The product’s high solids content fills the surface imperfections resulting in a smoother bore surface, lower friction and less wear. The improved lubrication between filler bars and riding rings reduces weld fractures at filler bars and kiln shell interface, contributing to extend shell and refractory service.

Our product is specially designed for application of Tire & Chair Pad lubrication for rotary Kilns and Dryers in Cement, Paper and mineral industries.

SWITTZER LUBE BAR is easily inserted between Chair Pad to Chair Pad where binder releases its lubricants @ 55 - 60 ©. The rolling action of kiln distribute the lubricant to precise areas.
